Leadership

A "study thy word, to show thyself approved, a WORKMAN who has no need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15

Rev. Karanja J . and Rev. Damaris Kamau are the founders and senior ministers of “Workman Evangelistic Ministries International” (W.E.M.I), incorporating the “PROCLAIMERS SANCTUARY”, a ministry with a vision of “Equipping believers for a significant ministry, exercising their Gifts and maximising their potential in God”.

We believe in “Proclaiming Christ to all Nations”, (“proclaim the word, be urgent in season and out of season….” II Timothy 4:2) “passing the torch of promise” and reaching the world with a practical demonstration of the power in the word of God.

Given to the body of Christ, first as an Evangelist, by prophetic utterance and commissioned to bring healing to this generation, with signs and wonders following.

Touching the world with the undiluted Rhema word, anointed for good works… in the calling of this humble ministry.

Proclaimers Sanctuary was inaugurated on Saturday 8th December 2001, with the Ordination of pastor Karanja J. and Mrs Damaris Kamau to the office of Reverend ministers. After having served obediently under Authority alongside other Ministers and Ministries, until the time God called us for separation and commissioning to form this ministry.

PROCLAIMERS SANCTUARY------- “For the proclaiming of this gospel I was appointed a herald(preacher) and an apostle and a teacher…” II Timothy 1:11(amp)

Church Leaders

 Brother Godfrey Gichuki

Brother Godfrey GichukiIt is a joy and privileged to serve the lord in this ministry where divine and uncompromised word of God is ministered to fulfil God’s love to mankind, John 3: 16.”For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, so that whoever believe in him will not perish but have internal life.” As a leader I have seen the goodness of God as the church grows from strength to strength, opening its doors to all to experience and embrace the love of God. The vision we share as a church is to establish a fertile ground for the word of God to reach and bring total transformation to people’s life in line with the word of God, Jeremiah 29: 11 “ For I know the plans I have for you says the lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Secondly, as a family church we have fostered Godly fellowship by reaching others with love and bringing families together thus creating a Godly environment for children to grow in the knowledge of the word of God. Thirdly I welcome men and women of God who have passion to serve the lord, especially those in the locality to come and share with us what God has put in your lives to benefit the body of Christ. Finally I leave you with the word from Philippians 4:8 “Fix your thoughts on what is true and honourable and right. Think about things that are pure, lovely and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” God richly bless you.
