Greg Pentecost

Psanctuary Board Member

Biography:

Greg’s path to the mushroom began with a simple but meaningful question: What was the next step to become closer to and commune with God?  The answer led to fostering a relationship with the mushroom.

Through this practice, he's come to understand this work isn't just about the ceremony – it’s also about how we move through the world between those times with the blessings the mushroom reveals to live a better life.  Guided by God to live a full and meaningful life - Greg returns to the mushroom every three to six months.

Greg has been a member of Psanctuary since 2020 and leads a club in the church focused on helping members expand their relationship with financial resources.  He joined the Board in 2026 to contribute his gifts as an investor, financial leader, and marketing systems.

He resides in Hawaii by way of the United States Marine Corps in 1996. As an avid surfer, sailor, and former scuba instructor, the ocean has shaped who he is.  He also finds adventure on land.  Between 2018 and 2019 he rode his motorcycle (R1200GS) through all 49 continental states and western Canada, and has been touring on two wheels since he was 20.

Greg brings a warm laugh and smiling presence to the ceremony space.
