What to Expect

Psanctuary is a community who practice with sacred mushrooms in ceremony to connect with one another and the divine.

Founded in Louisville, Kentucky, we are a church with nationwide membership, engaging together in local groups and online.

Being a member of Psanctuary means walking a your own path of spiritual growth alongside a welcoming and diverse spiritual community. Because each path is different, there are many ways we show up - but all are all rooted in sincerity.

What's it like being a Member?

Our community creates a culture of intentional spiritual connection and personal growth. We support one another and navigate differences with loving presence and respect. This creates an amazing environment to cultivate one's own personal relationship with self, others, and the mushroom.

We take our sacrament and safety seriously.
To attend our ceremonies, we require an active membership to the church and completion of our introductory Foundations Course. This ensures participants have a the necessary understanding of what to expect in ceremony, how to safely show up for self and others, and how to prepare and integrate what we discover in these spaces. Ceremonies are supported by church leadership and trained space holders.

We also offer engaging educational courses for those who wish to deepen their personal practice, learn how to journey outside group ceremonies safely, and share their practice with friends and family - and with our community.
